Video Cam Server (VCS) is a server billed as being useful for remote montioring of your "home, office or other enviroment". You can publish images taken from a web cam using HTTP so they are accessible via a web browser. It runs on Windows and is still in beta. Theres a forum operating on the Raybase website or you can get in direct contact with the author at: raymond -at- raybase -dot- com.
