Currently in beta 2 version, Open Media Network is a video-on-demand system based on the peer-to-peer, commercial BitTorrent alternative, Kontiki. "OMN is a free public service designed to help you enjoy a broad selection of movies, public TV and radio, video blogs and podcasts while protecting producer's copyrights." A free download gives you a sleek looking de facto internet tv guide. There is a guide for preparing your video and rss feed for free publication and getting your content into the OMN. On the feed sumbmission page they say "Coming soon: Drag and drop audio and video files here to publish to OMN."
