The new dynamic SWF Video Multi-Player version 3.0 is a complete rewrite of the original SWF video player combined with all the features version 2 had. This is truly a next generation application, using external .XML and .AS (Action Script) files for complete control over the player without having to edit the players FLA file in Flash.

This is a wonderful, decently laid out (good to see), free Perl script which generates the code needed for embedding several different types of video in your webpages. It has four different player options (including, of course, Windows Media Player, Real Player and Quicktime) and the demo available on the site can be used as an online generator tool.

Realbox is a great little script which puts your Real Media videos (.rm) in a drop down menu below a little screen which looks very skinable. The homepage only has a short french description but you can read Google's attempt at a translation if you want. You don't need a translator to see the demo in action though and the download link is quite visable on the website.
