"RapidShare Webhosting Webspace" is apparently "the world's biggest ... and fastest ... 1-click file-hoster". At a glance it seems decent enough: unlimited uploads (max 100mb per file, split archives are allowed) and unlimited downloads of your files. Your files will be deleted 30days after no download and there is an hourly download limit placed on your files. This limit "which normally is set to around 30 MB per hour", was set to 10000mb per hour when I visit the website, so the level is likely to fluctuate - you can check it in realtime on the RapidShare FAQ. Upon even closer inspection it appears that your files can only be downloaded by one person at a time. All these limits can be removed through the purchase :( of a "premium" account. They do mention something on their FAQ about free accounts in exchange for points you get when "free-users" download files you upload to their "premium downloads area".

MegaUpload is a content host for (optionally anonymous) uploads of files up to 250mb. Your files will be deleted if not downloaded for more than 30 days and your file can't be downloaded by more than one person at a time. The purchase of a premium account will get you a removal of these restrictions, http/ftp fetching for your files and optional password security.
